I recently bought an Insurgent Pick-Up and I want to customize it. I have a Mobile Operations Center with weapon and vehicle workshop bays. When I drove my Insurgent Pick-Up to the MOC, it said "Unable to enter as this vehicle cannot be modified in the Mobile Operations Center Vehicle Workshop.". What should I do to customize my Insurgent Pick-Up? Please, help me. Thanks! It doesn't have bullet proof/resistant windows, and has a BIG windshield!
